Everyone wants to have a slim, fit body. In general, being thin is synonymous with being a healthy body.

And is that when you go "on a diet", you are signing the contract to lose metabolic weight and healthily. The "diets" that you do for a certain time and in which, usually, you go hungry with 500 calories, are not the right way to lose weight. Although they work at the beginning, you sentence yourself to suffer a rebound effect.
1. Eating fat does not make you fat (except trans-fat). You need fat in your diet to help you process certain nutrients and for your cells to function perfectly (yes, even to get rid of stored fat). Always below the total calories of the MIC Method.
2. Eat more slowly and taste your meals well, based on the portions of the "MIC Dr. Solar Method", increase your levels of two hormones that make you feel fulfilled faster.
