The most important time of the day is that which we allocate for our well-being. When the organism is not in optimal conditions, we have difficulty working, studying and when the time comes for the commitments we prefer to rest. To prevent any health complications, it is necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle that keeps our defenses high with three primary components: adequate nutrition, physical activity and the time needed to sleep.

Breakfast is the most important food of the day as it provides us with physical and intellectual performance. The body needs energy and nutrients after several hours of fasting, therefore, a good breakfast must contain dairy, cereals, and fruits. Nutritionists recommend food intake five times a day and every three hours. Between breakfast and lunch, the most advisable is the consumption of fruits or proteins, such as chocho. And between lunch and snack, aromatic water with integral cookies.

Reduce the time you invest in sedentary activities such as watching television and spend at least 20 minutes a day to exercise or practice your favorite sport. You can also walk, jog, skate or bike with your family or friends. On the other hand, an optimal rest consists of sleeping seven to eight hours a day, trying to keep the same schedule. When you have not slept enough, gastric complications may occur, increased appetite even performance imbalance.

Remember that leading a healthy life is a matter of attitude, will, and perseverance. So don't start a diet that will end someday, but a lifestyle that lasts forever.
